Position Overview:

DIHO Consulting is seeking a dependable and hard-working General Laborer with 12 years of experience in warehouses or storage yards, preferably in secure facilities. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, able to use basic tools or machines, and committed to working safely and efficiently. Availability for overtime and weekends is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load, unload, and move materials manually or with equipment

• Maintain a clean and organized yard or warehouse space

• Operate basic hand tools, power tools, or small machines as needed

• Assist with mechanical prep or basic repairs (as qualified)

• Follow all safety protocols and site procedures

• Support labeling, inventory, and material handling

• Work independently and with a team to meet daily goals

Requirements:

• 12 years of experience in warehousing, general labor, or storage yards

• Mechanically inclined with the ability to use tools or light equipment

• Comfortable working in secure or gated environments

• Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor throughout the shift

• Must be available to work overtime and weekends

• Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-focused

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Required:

• Steel-toe boots

• Safety gloves

• Safety glasses

Descripción del Puesto:

DIHO Consulting está buscando una persona responsable y trabajadora con 1 a 2 años de experiencia en almacenes o patios de almacenamiento, preferentemente en instalaciones seguras. El candidato ideal debe ser hábil con herramientas mecánicas, capaz de operar herramientas o máquinas básicas, y comprometido con la seguridad y la eficiencia. Se requiere disponibilidad para trabajar horas extras y fines de semana.

Responsabilidades Principales:

• Cargar, descargar y mover materiales manualmente o con equipo

• Mantener el área de trabajo limpia y organizada

• Operar herramientas manuales, eléctricas o máquinas pequeñas según sea necesario

• Asistir con preparación mecánica o reparaciones básicas (según experiencia)

• Cumplir con todos los protocolos y procedimientos de seguridad

• Apoyar con inventario, etiquetado y manejo de materiales

• Trabajar de forma independiente o en equipo para cumplir metas diarias

Requisitos:

• 1 a 2 años de experiencia en trabajo general, almacenes o patios industriales

• Conocimientos básicos de mecánica y operación de herramientas

• Capacidad para trabajar en instalaciones seguras o con acceso restringido

• Capacidad para levantar hasta 50 libras y realizar trabajo físico durante todo el turno

• Disponibilidad para trabajar horas extras y fines de semana

• Persona confiable, con actitud de equipo y enfoque en la seguridad

Equipo de Protección Personal (EPP) Requerido:

• Botas con punta de acero

• Guantes de seguridad

• Lentes de seguridad
