Pay: $20 – $25 per hour (DOE)Job Summary: 

We are seeking entry-level MIG Welders to support the fabrication and assembly of structural steel components used in trailer and heavy equipment manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on structural steel components
• Assist with the fabrication and assembly of trailer parts and chassis
• Read and interpret basic shop drawings and measurements
• Grind, clean, and prepare metal before welding
• Inspect welds to ensure proper penetration and quality
• Follow shop safety standards and production schedules

Requirements

• Entry-level welders welcome
• Basic understanding of welding and fabrication
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Ability to work in a manufacturing/fabrication environment

Welding Test will be required to complete a 1/8 horizontal plate MIG weld test during the interview process.
All MIG welders must pass the welding test to be considered.
