Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tilt Up Construction Project Manager to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of tilt up construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage all phases of tilt up construction projects, including pre-construction, construction, and post-construction activities.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
- Oversee and coordinate the work of subcontractors and other project team members.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients and senior management.
- Manage project budget and ensure cost control measures are in place.
- Review and approve subcontractor and supplier invoices.
- Prepare and submit progress reports and change orders as needed.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is being carried out according to plans and specifications.
- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project.
- Ensure project closeout is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in tilt up construction project management.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office.
- OSHA certification preferred.
