We are currently hiring a Digital Marketing Director for one of our clients, a leading provider of one of the largest and broadest selections of structural steel products. What You'll Do

  • Lead the development, execution, monitoring, and optimization of all digital marketing efforts, campaigns, and ads.

  • Partner with a content-focused teammate to create compelling ads, blog posts, articles, social content, and email campaigns.

  • Manage and grow the company's social media presence to foster brand awareness and engagement.

  • Oversee SEO and SEM strategies to increase traffic and visibility.

  • Drive targeted email campaigns to nurture leads and boost conversions.

  • Analyze performance metrics and present monthly reports to leadership.

  • Stay up to date on the latest digital marketing trends and tools to keep strategies competitive.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.

  • 6+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in a B2C environment.

  • Strong background in SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and major social platforms.

  • Strong analytical, creative, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively across teams.

  • E-commerce and steel industry experience a plus.
