We are currently hiring an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our clients Houston office.

Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Location: Houston, TX (onsite, not remote)

Duties and Responsibilities

Handle customer servicerelated inquiries via phone, email, and in-person

Support marketing initiatives and assist with business development leads

Provide accurate quotes to customers based on current market trends

Follow up on pending shipments, quotes, and customer inquiries

Process returns and resolve invoicing discrepancies for pending orders
Qualifications

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience within the electrical sales industry

Strong interpersonal communication skills (both written and verbal)

Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize to meet deadlines

Effective time management skills with high attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced skills preferred)
