Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable Groundskeeper / Yard General Laborer to maintain a clean, safe, and well-kept property. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. The ideal candidate must also be open to working weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain roadways and facility grounds free of debris.

• Perform daily upkeep of property, buildings, and grounds, including cleaning and trash removal.

• Assist with painting, cleaning, organizing, and supporting multiple areas and departments.

• Observe all safety precautions and wear the required PPE at all times.

• Cross-train and assist in other work areas as needed.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift and stack 15-20 lbs.

• Work involves long periods of standing, walking, kneeling, and reaching; may include climbing ladders or staircases.

• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions (heat, cold, rain).

Qualifications

• Willingness to reliably fulfill designated work schedule, including overtime, weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

• Stable work history, preferably in an industrial environment.

• Reliable transportation.

• Commitment to safety policies and procedures.

• Positive attitude, dependable, and a strong team player.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
