Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping & Logistics Clerk to provide office support for shipping, repackaging schedules, and logistics coordination. This role requires strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, and effective communication between the shipping and sales departments.
Essential Functions

Review and organize all shipping orders (domestic and export).

Assist with updating and managing repack/repackaging schedules.

Utilize shipping inventory systems and office software programs.

Support in-house shipping and resolve logistics-related order issues.

Maintain consistent communication between shipping and sales teams.

Perform clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing, and collating.

Work flexible hours, overtime, and weekends if needed.

Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
Minimum Qualifications

Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.

Data entry and analytical ability.

Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Customer service experience preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Ability to adapt quickly to new computer systems.
Bilingual (Spanish and English)
