Welding Inspector

Pearland, TX, we are looking for Welding Inspectors / QC Inspectors

Salary: $50,000 – $75,000 per year (DOE)J

ob Summary

Welding inspector, responsible for ensuring that welded components meet required specifications, codes, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Inspect welds for quality, penetration, and compliance.

Review fabrication drawings and welding procedures

Conduct visual weld inspections. 

Work with welders and production supervisors to resolve defects

Maintain inspection reports and documentation. 

Ensure compliance with shop safety and quality procedures. 

Requirements: Welding inspection experience, Knowledge of welding codes and fabrication standards, Blueprint and weld symbol interpretation. AWS certification is preferred but not required.
