SAP SuccessFactors Assistant Manager (Consultant)

 Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

· Work with subject matter experts and project team to identify, define, collate, gather and document business requirements.

· Ability to identify areas of improvements and provide guidance of best practices.

· Design, configure and support SAP SuccessFactors to meet stakeholder's requirements.

· Conduct end user training, perform unit testing, system integration testing and user acceptance testing.

· Documentation and development of user guide.

· Production go-live support of assigned SuccessFactors modules including managing the role based permission.

· Drive the execution of project plans including meeting project milestones, quality and business sign-off.

· Manage assigned risks and monitor potential impacts to assigned modules.

· Develop best practice, processes, and standards.

· Design and manage data accessibility/security matrix for organization.

Requirements

· Hands-on experience in configuring and supporting in at least 3 SAP SuccessFactors modules : Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding 2.0, Learning Management, Performance/Goal Management (PMGM), Compensation, Succession, Career Development Plan (CDP).

· Good communication and stakeholder management skills

· Fluent English
