IT Business Analyst

 Job Description:

Key responsibilities

  • Report directly to supervisor(s) and Engineering Manager.
  • Work with project team members and others if any
  • Participate in all software development activities following Scrum process
  • Perform the following under the coaching of supervisor(s) and Engineering Manager:
    • Serve as a contact point between stakeholders and the development team to ensure that the development team understands the business requirements and that the evolving solution meets the defined requirements
    • Support gather, analyze and create high-level requirements
    • Participate in product prototyping process, interface mock-up and GUI creation in agile environment
    • Help create and maintain product documentation
    • Turn research and knowledge into actionable plan to drive product development
    • Help prepare and maintain product roadmap which defines product enhancements for short - and long-term releases
    • Help document internal processes, and schedule meetings
    • Support market research to analyze market trends and perform competitor's analysis

Qualifications

General requirements:

  • Excellent in English communication (speaking, listening, reading and writing), equivalent to IELTS 7.0 and above.
  • Possess strong knowledge about requirement gathering/management
  • Strong knowledge about Pure BA (Power BI), Data warehouse
  • Experience related Data warehouse, ETL, BI,...
  • Knowledge of software development process, especially software requirement analysis
  • Can work mostly independently and require supervision for more complex work
  • Good for logical thinking and problem solving.
  • Ability to self-learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
