Payroll Assistant Manager (HR Shared Services)
Job Description:
Description
· Assist to supervise Payroll Executive(s) on monthly Payroll processing of multiple entities within timelines and accuracy standards.
· Supervise other team members supporting HR Shared Services operations
Manage escalated issues on day-to-day basis and make sure their issues and concerns could be resolved quickly
Ensure payroll services meet the specific service level agreements and are in accordance to organizational policies.
· Keep up-to-date with the latest HRS process and regulatory changes and communicate to the Vietnan payroll team as applicable
· Assists in other ad hoc projects as requested
Requirements:
· At least 3-5 years of working experience in Payroll background.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Good verbal and written communication in English
· Attention to details and conscientious in handling confidential information
· Excellent team player and able to work well under pressure within tight deadlines
· Pro-active with good time management
· Integrity, positive work attitude and of pleasant character
