SAP Assistant Manager (S4 HANA)

 Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

· Work on ERP harmonization and migration to the latest S4 HANA.

· Hands-on experience with trouble shooting data replication issues between SuccessFactors to S/4 HANA or ECC.

· Ensuring data harmonization and synchronization between systems.

· Drive discussions with users to align on requirements and suggest design improvements.

· Prepare project plans including migration risk, milestones, quality and business sign-off details.

· Conduct end user training and support.

· Documentation and development of user guide.

· Analyze and troubleshoot on S4 HANA related Payroll, Time & Attendance / Overtime Management system.

· Manage the role base security and governance of SuccessFactors.

Requirements

· At least 5 years of experience in managing HRIS on ECC or S/4 HANA and integration between SuccessFactors and S/4 HANA or ECC.

· Hands-on experience in migration, design and configuration with at least 3 S4 HANA/ECC HCM implementation experience cycles Personnel & Organization Management, Singapore Payroll, Time & Attendance / Overtime Management.

· Strong understanding of implementation strategy and integration approaches including SAP Integration Suite

· Good project management and delivery skills

· Good communication and stakeholder management skills

· Ability to analyze and propose solutions to business requirements & issues

· Experience in data analytics and/or visualization (e.g. using SAP Analytics Cloud, Stories, Tableau, Microsoft Power BI etc.) will be added advantages.

· Familiar with S/4 HANA LSMW, ABAP, PFCG.

· Know how in SuccessFactors will be an added advantage.
