• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their business requirements and offer solutions for Odoo integration and enhancement.
• Lead meetings with clients to discuss solutions for improving the current Odoo system.
• Develop and maintain applications using Odoo and ReactJS, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
• Integrate data between Odoo and third-party CRM systems (Zendesk, Freshworks, etc.).
• Configure and customize CRM software, ensuring seamless integration with Odoo.
• Develop and maintain scalable applications on cloud platforms such as AWS (knowledge of building applications on AWS is preferred but not mandatory).
• Ensure that all technical solutions are aligned with business objectives and implemented according to best practices.
• Provide mentorship to junior developers and ensure quality standards in development practices.

Requirement:

• Strong full-stack seniors/leads
• From 5 years of experience

Skills:

- At least one person with in-depth knowledge of Odoo.

- At least one person with experience in developing on AWS (administration skills are not required, but they should know how to build applications on the platform).

- Good communication skills able to work directly with the customer's product team.
