        Senior TA(HCM)
Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Work closely with TA Team Lead to hit timely sprint goals and help to coordinate throughout TA VN Team And TA Global team.
 - Act as a collaborator with project Sales Team & TA Lead to ensure the smooth operations of Recruitment Cycle and be a mentor to coach junior TA resource
 - Consult end clients from all projects by providing TA guidance on talent requirements
 - Seek multiple and effective sources of a proactive talent sourcing approach to identify, pipeline & engage with potentially suitable candidates for both multiple short and long-term hiring goals of various project
 - Figure out ensure solutions to hit achievement of the timely goals, performance
 - Report      directly to the TA Lead.
 
Qualifications and Skills
- 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably at Recruitment firms, IT consulting or fast-growing Technology companies.
 - Strong sourcing and logical talent mapping skills.
 - Be comfortable with fast-paced working environments
 - Ability to coach, motivate and inspire team members.
 - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at different levels.
 - Strong skills in verbal and written communication for both English and Vietnamese
