JSON,​ REST APIs,​ and integration work is a core part of the role

Familiarity with AI agent architecture and LLM tooling

Soft skills

First-​principles thinker:​ Ability to translate ambiguous,​ incomplete client requirements into a clear working solution

Based in or willing to relocate to New York City;​ hybrid in office (Mon-​Thu to start)

About this role

We are looking for an AI Solutions Engineer with 2-8 years of experience to join our go-to-market team in New York. You'll be a key player in bridging the gap between our clients' needs and our AI platform's capabilities, spanning the full client engagement from pre-sales to post-sales implementation. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and is skilled at translating ambiguous client requests into tangible, scalable AI solutions. You will have a direct impact on our product's direction and our company's rapid growth.

What will you be doing?

  • Partner with Account Executives to run technical discovery, design solutions, and lead POCs to close complex enterprise deals.
  • Build and implement agentic AI workflows within the V7 Go platform, writing custom Python code and integrations to solve unique customer problems.
  • Own the post-sales implementation and onboarding process, ensuring customers achieve value quickly and acting as their primary technical contact.
  • Translate ambiguous client problems into clear statements of work and architect solutions that are reliable, scalable, and future-proof.
  • Collaborate directly with product and engineering teams, providing customer feedback to shape the future of the V7 Go platform.
