The Opportunity

The firm is hiring a Manager / Senior Manager to oversee consulting projects. This role is central to the firm's delivery process and is ideal for candidates with strong problem-solving, project leadership, and client-facing skills. You will lead project teams, take responsibility for key workstreams from day one, and work directly with senior client stakeholders to develop and execute growth strategies.


Key Responsibilities

Lead Consulting Engagements

  • Structure complex strategic problems and translate them into clear project scopes and delivery plans.

  • Lead consulting teams in the execution of strategy engagements, ensuring rigorous analysis and high-quality outputs.

  • Synthesize insights into clear recommendations for senior client stakeholders.


Design New Growth Platforms

  • Develop growth, market-entry, and new-business models.

  • Support clients in designing and launching new ventures, partnerships, or ecosystem initiatives.

  • Translate strategy into actionable implementation roadmaps.


Manage Client Relationships

  • Serve as a key day-to-day interface with senior client stakeholders.

  • Facilitate strategic discussions, workshops, and decision-making processes during project delivery.


Lead and Develop Teams

  • Manage project teams and mentor junior consultants.

  • Ensure high standards in problem solving, analytical rigor, and communication.


Contribute to Firm Development

  • Support internal knowledge building and practice development.

  • Contribute to strengthening the firm's footprint across Southeast Asia.

Candidate Profile

Experience

  • 4–6 years of experience in management consulting, ideally with Tier 1 or leading strategy consulting firms.

  • Experience leading workstreams or managing small project teams.

  • Strong exposure to strategy development, market analysis, and business model design.


Sector Exposure (Preferred)

Experience in one or more of the following sectors is advantageous:

  • Financial Services

  • Energy

  • Logistics

  • Healthcare
