About the job Salesforce & Inside Sales Coordinator
Overview:
Were looking for a Salesforce & Inside Sales Coordinator to support our growing sales team with CRM administration, lead management, and inside sales outreach. This is a blended role for someone who is tech-savvy, organized, and enjoys supporting others while also helping to grow the business.
The role is about half Salesforce administration and process support, and the other half focused on lead generation and inside sales outreach. You'll play a key role in keeping our CRM data accurate, our team accountable, and new opportunities flowing in.
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce & CRM Support
Maintain accurate and up-to-date Salesforce records.
Create and manage dashboards and reports.
Train and assist team members in Salesforce use.
Review open bids and stale opportunities weekly with the sales team.
Support with opportunity updates (dates, values, follow-ups).
Lead Management
Intake leads from phone calls, web inquiries, ITBs, and other sources.
Enter leads into Salesforce and assign them to the appropriate rep.
Track all lead activity and ensure timely follow-up.
Inside Sales Outreach
Research and build prospect lists in coordination with sales leadership.
Conduct cold calls and emails to introduce company services.
Set up meetings and visits with potential clients.
Log all outreach activity in Salesforce.
Help prepare proposals and quotes as needed.
General Sales Support
Assist with contractor pre-qualifications.
Maintain the sales event calendar.
Provide in-office support to sales reps and junior team members.
Attend internal sales and billing meetings; occasional networking events.
Qualifications
1+ years in a sales support, inside sales, or CRM-related role.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
Comfortable making outreach calls and emails.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High school diploma required; associates or bachelors preferred.
Drivers license and transportation required.
On-site role; potential for future hybrid flexibility.
