Salary Range: $75,000$95,000

We're looking for a hands-on, people-first Warehouse Manager to lead and elevate our warehouse operations. In this role, you'll be the operational heartbeat of our facility ensuring safety, accuracy, and efficiency are always top priorities. What You'll Do:

  • Lead the Team
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations and supervise a small, focused team.
  • Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and lead by example in a safety- and performance-focused environment.
  • Facilitate weekly Level 10 team meetings to drive alignment and accountability.
  • Conduct quarterly performance reviews and ongoing coaching.
  • Champion a strong food safety and compliance culture, supporting audits and maintaining regulatory standards (GMPs, FSMA, USDA Organic, SQF, etc.).

Own Receiving & Shipping

  • Manage all inbound shipments, ensuring everything is received, inspected, and documented accurately.
  • Ensure outbound orders are fulfilled correctly, packed efficiently, and shipped on time to meet customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with purchasing, logistics, and carriers to solve issues and keep things moving.

Keep Inventory On Point

  • Maintain accurate inventory records with regular cycle counts and system updates.
  • Be the in-house expert on our inventory management system and train and support your team to use it effectively.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies with precision and urgency.

Drive Freight Efficiency

  • Coordinate with freight providers to ensure on-time, cost-effective deliveries.
  • Monitor freight spends and carrier performance, recommending improvements along the way.

What You Bring:

  • Forklift certification
  • Comfortable leading safety and equipment training.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse systems, inventory control, and shipping/receiving processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Food industry or FDA/FSMA experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong math, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
  • Ability to lift 5060 lbs. and be on your feet throughout the day.
  • Proven leadership skills, whether as a supervisor, lead, or someone who took charge and improved operations.
