Role Overview

A high-paying regional retail freight operation is seeking CDL-A drivers based out of Warrensburg, MO. Drivers will haul dry freight throughout multiple Midwest and Southern states while operating within a physically active touch freight environment. This position offers weekly home time, strong earning potential, and consistent regional freight volume for drivers comfortable unloading freight using rollers.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport dry freight to retail store locations across regional routes
• Unload trailers using rollers at customer delivery locations
• Complete an average of 2–3 loads per week with 4–5 stops per load
• Operate throughout MN, SD, ND, IA, NE, KS, MO, AR, OK, TN, and KY
• Maintain compliance with DOT regulations and company safety standards
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Accurately maintain logs and delivery documentation
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customer locations

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license required
• Minimum 3 months of CDL-A experience required
• Ability to handle touch freight and roller unload deliveries
• Comfortable operating regional Midwest and Southern routes
• Strong safety mindset and reliable attendance
• Ability to work within a physically demanding delivery environment
• Ability to operate safely in varying weather and traffic conditions

Compensation & Benefits

• Average weekly pay: $1,610
• Top 10% weekly pay: $2,099
• Average annual pay: $83,000
• Top 10% annual pay: $109,000
• CPM pay structure based on experience

Pay Breakdown

• 0–8 months: $0.70 CPM
• 9–12 months: $0.71 CPM
• 13–18 months: $0.72 CPM
• 19–24 months: $0.73 CPM
• 25–36 months: $0.74 CPM
• 37–48 months: $0.75 CPM
• 49+ months: $0.76 CPM

Schedule & Home Time

• Weekly 34-hour reset
• Home time typically includes Saturday or Sunday
