Position Overview

Now hiring CDL-A drivers for a team OTR dry van position based in the Midwest (Kansas City, MO hiring area). This role offers top-tier team pay, consistent long-haul freight, and extended home time with paid travel, making it ideal for experienced team drivers looking to maximize earnings.

Drivers will run over-the-road team routes with high mileage, steady freight, and a structured schedule.

Route & Freight Details

• OTR team runs across:
  • Nationwide lanes (excluding restricted areas)
• Freight includes:
  • Full truckload dry van freight
• 100% no-touch freight
• No runs into:
  • NYC, Canada, or Mexico
• Consistent, high-mile freight for teams

Schedule

• 21 days out / 7 full days home
• Company-paid:
  • Airfare to and from home time
• Trucks parked at terminal during home time
• Predictable dispatch and long-haul planning

Extended home time after each run
Ideal for maximizing income in fewer working weeks

Pay & Compensation

• Avg Weekly Pay: $2,200–$2,600 per driver
• Avg Annual Pay: $115,000+ per driver

Mileage Pay:

• $0.95 – $0.98 CPM (team split)

Additional Pay:

• Detention pay after 1 hour
• Hazmat premium: +$0.04 CPM (when applicable)
• $100 annual service bonus

Bonuses

• Sign-on bonus up to $1,625
• Additional $600 bonus after 30 days
• Quarterly safety bonuses:
  • Up to $1,025 + PTO

Equipment & Work Setup

• Late-model Freightliner Cascadia & Kenworth T680
• Automatic transmissions
• Fully equipped trucks:
  • Refrigerator
  • Microwave
  • Flat-screen TV
  • Inverter
• Governed speeds:
  • 65 MPH (up to 68 MPH optimized)
• Assigned trucks (no slip seating)

• No-touch freight = minimal physical labor

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license
• Minimum 12 months of tractor-trailer experience required
• Must have:
  • Team driving capability
• Must be able to:
  • Run extended OTR routes
  • Stay out for full 21-day schedule
  • Maintain safety and compliance standards
