We are hiring CDL-A drivers for a local dedicated live-haul position based in West Liberty, IA. This is a consistent, home-daily role with steady miles and reliable pay.

Position Details:

• Location: West Liberty, IA (52776)

• Home Time: Daily

• Job Type: Local – Dedicated Live Haul

• Operating Area: 280-mile radius of West Liberty, IA

• Schedule: Sunday – Thursday

• Optional 6th Day: Friday

• Start Times:

  • Summer: 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM

  • Cooler months: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Pay & Compensation:

• $0.64 – $0.70 CPM

• Average miles: ~1,590/week

• Average annual pay: $77,600 – $97,000

Job Duties:

• Transport live-haul turkey loads from farms to processing plant

• Typically 1 load per day

• Average ~5 stops depending on route

• Remain in tractor during loading

• Deliver to plant for unloading (no driver unload required)

Equipment:

• Automatic day cabs

• Specialized live-haul trailers

• Truck must remain at account

• PPE provided

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL

• Minimum 3 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience

• Must meet DOT and safety requirements

• Must complete live-haul safety training

• Work boots required (reimbursement available)

• Must be comfortable working with live-haul loads
