Position Overview

Now hiring CDL-A drivers for a dedicated heavy haul position running out of Sumner, WA. This is a high-volume account with consistent freight, established lanes, and strong weekly earning potential.

Drivers run east and south routes with all freight returning to Sumner.

Pay & Compensation

• Average: $1,400–$1,800 per week
• Base pay + loaded mileage rate (up to ~$0.62 CPM depending on experience)
• $15 stop pay
• Weekly mileage: 2,000–3,000 miles
• Performance bonus available (DPP eligible)
• Additional pay:
  • Short haul pay (same as OTR)
  • Potential extra pay based on loaded mile scale

Route & Freight Details

• Dedicated routes out of Sumner, WA
• Running lanes East and South
• All loads return to Sumner
• Freight includes:
  • Preloaded trailers
  • Some drop and hook
  • Live unload (efficient and timely)
• Customer located near terminal for faster turnarounds

Schedule & Home Time

• Home time options:
  • Weekly
  • Every few days (varies by route)
  • 34-hour resets available
• Day and night shifts available
• Weekend work required
• Must be willing to work holidays if account is operating

• Hiring from:
  • All major cities in Washington
  • Western Idaho (near Coeur d'Alene & Clarkston)

Requirements
