A precision manufacturing company is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist with strong Wire EDM experience to join its machining team. This opportunity is ideal for highly skilled machinists who can step into the role with minimal training and quickly support production operations.

This onsite opportunity offers $51,000-$70,000 and focuses on high-precision machining within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC and Wire EDM machines
• Program and edit G-code and conversational programs at machine controls
• Read and interpret complex GD&T blueprints and engineering drawings
• Perform quality inspections using precision measuring instruments
• Troubleshoot machining and EDM issues as needed
• Complete production and quality documentation
• Maintain equipment and support safe manufacturing practices

Requirements:

• 4+ years of CNC Machining and Wire EDM experience
• Strong programming and setup experience
• Experience with Fanuc and Mitsubishi controls
• Ability to read and interpret GD&T prints
• Strong trigonometry, shop math, and precision measurement skills
• EDM software experience such as Esprit or Mastercam
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred:

• Makino machine experience
• Additional high-precision machining experience

• $51,000-$70,000 compensation range
