Position Overview

Just got your CDL or have little to no experience?

We are hiring CDL-A trainees for a paid Over-the-Road training program designed to get you on the road fast and earning consistent income. This is one of the fastest ways to launch your trucking career with a clear path to higher-paying opportunities.

Pay & Training Structure

• Training Phase (4–6 Weeks):
  • $650 per week guaranteed
  • Paid weekly during mentorship
  • Real-world OTR training with experienced driver
• After Training (Solo Driver):
  • Avg $1,100 per week
  • Based on approx. 2,500 miles per week

• Orientation Pay:
  • $300 (paid if hired)

Schedule & Home Time

• Training Period:
  • 4–6 weeks out with NO home time
  • Must be able to stay on the road full duration
  • Sleep in truck with mentor
• After Upgrade:
  • 2 weeks out
  • 2 days home
  • Consistent OTR schedule

Freight & Equipment

• Dry Van and Reefer freight
• No flatbed during training
• Nationwide runs across all 48 states
• Late-model Freightliner Cascadia trucks
• Automatic and some manual transmissions
• Well-maintained fleet

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Recent graduates welcome
• Must pass DOT physical and drug screen
• Must meet safety and MVR requirements
• No SAP drivers
• Must be able to commit to full 4–6 week training
