Pay & Compensation

• Avg $1,300–$1,400 per week
• Starting pay: $0.50 CPM (entry-level)
• Banded pay structure for shorter loads
• $15 stop pay
• Weekly miles: ~1,900 miles
• Driver performance bonus available

Consistent freight = consistent avg weekly income

• Freight types:
  • Live load

Work Environment

• Some cold weather routes during winter
• Long-haul regional driving
• Flexible route assignments

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license with 6 months verifiable tractor trailer experience minimum
• No experience required (trainees welcome)
• Must be comfortable with regional travel
• Must be flexible with schedule
