Schedule & Days Off Options
This position offers multiple schedule structures to fit different lifestyles:
Standard Regional Schedule
- Tuesday – Saturday
- OFF Sunday & Monday
- Weekly home time (34-hour reset)
- Consistent weekly routing
Weekend Wrap Schedule Option #1
- Thursday – Monday
- OFF Tuesday & Wednesday
Weekend Wrap Schedule Option #2
- Friday – Tuesday
- OFF Wednesday & Thursday
Additional Options
- Optional 6th workday available for extra pay
- Drivers select a consistent start time each week

Pay & Compensation
- Avg Weekly Pay: $1,600–$1,900
- Avg Annual Pay: $80,000 – $102,000+
Mileage Pay:
- $0.59 – $0.70 CPM (depending on schedule/lanes)
Additional Pay:
- $35 drop & hook pay
- $65 live load/unload pay
Equipment & Work Setup
- Sleeper tractors (mostly automatic Freightliners)
- Modern fleet (~2.5-year average age)
- Intermodal chassis equipment
- Must park at terminal if within 30 miles
Training
- Paid online orientation
- Approx. 2-week training period
Work Environment
- No-touch freight = minimal physical labor
- Consistent intermodal freight = stable income
- Mix of day/night driving depending on schedule
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license
- Minimum 3 months of tractor-trailer experience required
