CDL-A Truck Driver | Odessa TX | Home Weekly | Avg $1,500/Week

We are hiring CDL-A drivers for a dedicated account based out of Odessa, TX serving the Deming, NM area. This is a consistent, active role with strong weekly pay and reliable home time.

Position Details:

• Location: Deming, NM / Odessa, TX

• Job Type: Regional – Dedicated Account

• Home Time: Weekly (34-hour reset)

• Schedule: Varies based on freight

Pay & Compensation:

• Average: $1,500 per week

• CPM + load pay structure

• Safe & On-Time Bonus: up to 3% of mileage pay

• Paid for every unload

Miles & Freight:

• Average: ~2,000 miles per week

• 2–3 loads per week

• 2–6 stops per load

• Dry freight

Delivery Area:

• Eastern Texas

• New Mexico

• Arizona

• Southern Nevada

• Southern Utah

• Southern Colorado

Job Duties:

• Deliver freight to retail store locations

• Hand unload trailers using gravity rollers

• Multi-stop deliveries

• Active, physical role

Equipment:

• Automatic sleeper trucks

• 53' dry van trailers

• Trucks can be taken home (must be parked in secure, approved location)

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL

• Minimum 6 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience

• Must meet DOT and safety requirements

• Must be able to handle physical unloading
