CDL-A Truck Driver | Hatfield, MA | Home Daily | $95K–$110K | NYC Routes

We are hiring CDL-A drivers for a local dedicated grocery delivery position based out of Hatfield, MA. This is a high-paying, home daily role with consistent freight and steady routes.

Position Details:

• Location: Hatfield, MA

• Job Type: Local – Dedicated

• Home Time: Daily

• Schedule: 5 days/week (off Sunday & Tuesday)

• Start Time: ~2:30 AM

• Shift Length: 12–14 hours

• 6th day required during peak seasons

Pay & Compensation:

• Average Annual Pay: $95,000 – $110,000

• CPM: $0.52 – $0.56

• Average Miles: ~1,500/week

• $50/day minimum (must work full schedule)

• NYC Stop Pay: $42 per stop

• Liftgate Pay: $45 per stop

• Drop & Hook Pay: $21 per stop

• Detention Pay available

• Training Pay: $200/day

• Holiday Pay: $160/day

Freight Details:

• Fresh and frozen grocery deliveries

• Multi-stop routes (15–20 stops/week)

• Electric pallet jack unloading (driver assist)

• Customer-facing deliveries

• Occasional backhauls

Operating Area:

• 350-mile radius

• Heavy deliveries into NYC boroughs and Long Island (daily)

• Additional routes in NJ, MA, VT, RI, NH, ME, PA

Equipment:

• Automatic day cabs

• Assigned trucks (no take-home)

• Newer equipment

• Electric pallet jacks provided

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL

• Minimum 3 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience

• Must be willing to deliver into NYC daily

• Must be comfortable with:

  • Early morning start times

  • Multi-stop routes

  • Driver-assisted unloading

• Must have reliable transportation to terminal
