CDL-A Truck Driver | Maquoketa, IA | Home Wkly | Avg $1,720/Week | Driver Unload

We are hiring CDL-A drivers for a dedicated account based out of Maquoketa, IA. This is a high-paying, hands-on position with consistent freight and weekly home time.

Position Details:

• Location: Maquoketa, IA

• Job Type: Regional Dedicated

• Home Time: Weekly (34-hour reset, not guaranteed weekends)

• Freight: Dry van (Family Dollar)

• Delivery Area: IA, OK, MO, WI, AR, IL, KS, MN, NE, SD, ND, CO

Pay & Compensation:

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,720

• CPM: $0.71 per mile

• Unload Pay: $275 per load

• Stop Pay: $20 per stop

• Backhaul Pay: $50

• Average: ~1,550 miles/week

• Average Loads: 2 per week

Freight Details:

• 100% driver unload (box-by-box using rollers)

• Multi-stop loads (3–5 stops per route)

• Live unload only

Schedule:

• Home weekly for 34-hour reset

• Night driving required

• Early morning deliveries

• Must complete 10-hour break prior to unload

• Nights, weekends, and holidays required

Equipment:

• Internationals, Freightliners, and Kenworths

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL

• Minimum 3 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience

• Must be physically able to unload freight

• Must be comfortable with:

  • Night driving

  • Tight backing situations

  • Working in various weather conditions

Additional Requirements:

• Must have secure parking for truck/trailer during home time

  • Must be on private property or gated with security

  • No parking at stores or unsecured locations

Training:

• Ride-along training (minimum 1 week)

• $150 per day during training
