Position Details:

• Location: Brattleboro, VT

• Job Type: Local Dedicated

• Home Time: Daily

• Schedule: 5 days/week (days off: Sunday & Wednesday)

• Optional 6th day available

• Start Time: 12:00 AM – 5:00 AM

• Shift Length: 12–14 hours

Pay & Compensation:

• Average Annual Pay: ~$90,000

• CPM: $0.53 – $0.61

• Average Miles: ~1,600/week

• $50/day minimum (must work full schedule)

• Stop Pay: $22.50 per stop

• Detention Pay: $15/hour (after 1 hour)

• Layover Pay: $100/day

• Holiday Pay: $160/day

Freight Details:

• Fresh and frozen grocery deliveries

• 2–3 stops per trailer (15–20 stops/week)

• 2 loads per day or one longer route

• Combination of no-touch and driver-assisted unload

• Electric pallet jack use (training provided)

Operating Area:

• 250-mile radius

• VT, NH, MA, ME, parts of CT

• Greater Boston area

• No NYC routes

Equipment:

• Automatic day cabs

• 48' trailers

• Assigned trucks (no take-home)

• Uniforms and boots provided

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL

• Minimum 3 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience

• Must be comfortable with:

  • Early morning start times

  • Driver-assisted unload

  • Customer-facing deliveries

• Must have reliable transportation to terminal

• REAL ID recommended
