CDL-A Truck Driver | North Hatfield, MA | Home Daily | $95K–$110K

We are hiring CDL-A drivers for a local dedicated grocery delivery position in North Hatfield, MA. This is a high-paying, consistent opportunity with daily home time and steady routes.

Position Details:

• Location: North Hatfield, MA (01038)

• Home Time: Daily

• Job Type: Local – Dedicated Account

• Schedule: 5 days/week (Days off: Sunday & Tuesday)

• Start Time: ~2:30 AM

• Shift Length: 12–14 hours

Pay & Compensation:

• $0.52 – $0.56 CPM

• Average miles: ~1,500/week

• Average annual pay: $95,000 – $110,000

• Recent earnings: ~$90,000+

• $50/day minimum (must work full schedule)

• $42 per NYC borough stop

• $45 lift gate stop pay

• $21 drop & hook pay

• Detention pay (in 15-minute increments)

• $200/day training pay

• $20/hour safety training

• $160/day holiday pay

Operating Area:

• 350-mile radius from Hatfield, MA

• Frequent deliveries to NYC boroughs and Long Island

• Additional routes in NJ, MA, VT, RI, NH, ME, PA, and Upstate NY

Job Duties:

• Deliver fresh and frozen groceries

• Multi-stop routes (15–20 stops per week)

• Electric pallet jack unloading

• Occasional backhauls and pickups

• Customer-facing deliveries

Equipment:

• Automatic day cabs (assigned)

• 46'–53' reefer trailers

• Newer equipment (avg ~3 years old)

• Trucks cannot be taken home

• Electric pallet jacks provided

• Uniforms provided

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL

• Minimum 3 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience

• Must meet DOT and safety requirements

• Must be willing to deliver into NYC regularly

• Must be able to handle physical unloading

• Must be comfortable with early morning start times

• Reliable personal transportation required

• Must be willing to work holidays
