Position Overview

Now hiring CDL-A drivers in Salt Lake City, UT and surrounding areas for a nationwide OTR (over-the-road) dry van position. This is a great opportunity for experienced drivers who are ready to run across the country, build experience fast, and earn consistent avg weekly pay.

Pay & Compensation

  • Avg $1,200 per week
  • Starting pay: $0.50 CPM (entry-level)
  • Banded pay structure for shorter loads
  • $15 stop pay
  • Weekly miles: ~1,900 miles
  • Driver performance bonus available (DPP bonus)

Consistent freight = consistent avg weekly income

Hiring Area

Must live within 150 miles of Salt Lake City, UT (West Valley City area)

Schedule & Home Time

  • Home every 2 weeks
  • Day & night shifts available
  • Weekend work required

  • Dry van freight

    • Live load
    • Live unload
    • Preloaded freight
    • Drop & hook
  • Long-haul routes across:
    • Western region
    • Central lanes (I-35 corridor)
    • Nationwide freight network
  • Consistent freight and steady miles
  • 24/7 dispatch support

Route Info

  • Nationwide coverage (all 48 states)
  • Mix of long-haul and regional lanes
  • Opportunity to run high-mile routes

Work Environment

  • All-weather driving (including winter routes)
  • Long-haul driving
  • Variable routes and schedules

Requirements

  • Valid CDL-A license with 6 months verifiable tractor trailer experience minimum
  • Must be comfortable with OTR travel
  • Must be flexible with schedule
