Role Overview

A dedicated regional freight operation based out of Tar Heel, NC is seeking experienced CDL-A drivers for Mid-Atlantic regional routes. Drivers will haul no-touch reefer freight throughout the Eastern Mid-Atlantic region while operating primarily night-driving schedules with consistent freight and weekly home time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely transport reefer freight throughout Mid-Atlantic regional routes
  • Deliver freight across NC, VA, MD, PA, DE, and Washington DC
  • Operate primarily overnight and night-driving schedules
  • Handle no-touch freight operations
  • Maintain compliance with DOT regulations and company safety standards
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
  • Accurately maintain logs and trip documentation
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations personnel

Requirements

  • Valid CDL-A license required
  • Night driving experience required
  • Ability to operate overnight regional routes
  • Comfortable working weekends and holidays
  • Reliable transportation required for commuting and orientation
  • Strong safety mindset and dependable attendance
  • Ability to operate safely in varying traffic and weather conditions
