Role Overview

A high-paying regional retail freight operation is seeking CDL-A drivers based out of Ridgefield, WA. Drivers will haul dedicated dry freight throughout Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Western Montana while operating in a physically active touch freight environment. This position offers strong weekly earnings, weekly home time, and consistent regional freight volume.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport dry freight to retail store locations across regional routes
• Unload trailers using rollers at customer delivery locations
• Complete an average of 2–4 loads per week with 3–4 stops per load
• Operate throughout Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Western Montana
• Maintain compliance with DOT regulations and company safety standards
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Accurately maintain logs and delivery documentation
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customer locations

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license required
• Ability to handle touch freight and roller unload deliveries
• Comfortable operating regional routes throughout the Pacific Northwest
• Strong safety mindset and reliable attendance
• Ability to work flexible day and night schedules
• Ability to operate safely in mountain, weather, and traffic conditions
• Drivers living more than 50 miles from Ridgefield must have a safe authorized truck parking location

Compensation & Benefits

• Average weekly pay: $2,102
• Top 10% weekly pay: $2,570
• Average annual pay: $109,320
• Top 10% annual pay: $133,639
• Hourly compensation structure
• 0–48 months experience: $29.00–$30.50/hour
• 49+ months experience: $31.00/hour

Schedule & Home Time
