CDL-A Truck Driver | Roanoke, VA | Home Daily | Avg $1,450/Week + $2,500 Bonus

We are hiring CDL-A drivers for a dedicated account based out of Roanoke, VA. This is a home daily position with consistent miles, steady pay, and no-touch freight.

Position Details:

• Location: Roanoke, VA

• Job Type: Local Dedicated

• Home Time: Home Daily

• Delivery Area: Virginia & West Virginia

• Average Miles: ~2,000 miles/week

• Average Loads: 4 per week

Pay & Compensation:

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,450

• Annual: $75,000+

• CPM (based on experience):

  • 0–12 months: $0.53

  • 12–36 months: $0.55

  • 37–60 months: $0.56

  • 61+ months: $0.58

• Unload Pay: $55 per unload

• Stop Pay: $20 per stop

Sign-On Bonus: $2,500

• Paid out over first 180 days

Freight Details:

• Dedicated freight

• No-touch freight (driver uses electric pallet jack)

• Store deliveries

Schedule:

• Home daily

• Primarily night shifts

• Runs include nights, weekends, and holidays

• 7-day operation

Equipment:

• Slip seat operation

• Trucks cannot be taken home

• Must have reliable transportation to the DC

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL

• Minimum 3 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience

• Must live within hiring area

• Must be comfortable with:

  • Night driving

  • Weekend/holiday schedules

  • Using a powered pallet jack (training provided)
