CDL-A Truck Driver | Lansing, MI | Home Weekly | $84K–$90K | No-Touch Freight

We are hiring CDL-A drivers for a semi-local dedicated position based out of Lansing, MI. This role offers consistent miles, mostly no-touch freight, and multiple schedule options to fit your lifestyle.

Position Details:

• Location: Lansing, MI

• Job Type: Semi-Local / Regional

• Home Time: Out 2–3 nights per week

• Average Miles: ~2,500 per week

• Freight: No-touch (85–90% drop & hook)

Schedule Options (based on availability):

• Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday

• Start Times Available:

  • Early AM (around 1:00 AM)

  • Morning (around 6:00 AM)

  • Midday (around 10:00 AM)

Pay & Compensation:

• Average Annual Pay: $84,000 – $90,000

• CPM Pay:

  • Regional runs: $0.63+ CPM

  • Local runs: $0.725+ CPM

• Stop Pay:

  • $20 (regional)

  • $30 (local)

• Backhaul Pay: $30

• $100 Weekly Reliability Bonus

• Breakdown Pay: $25/hour (after 2 hours)

• Additional hourly/safety pay available

Freight Details:

• Deliver to retail store locations across the Midwest

• Primary lanes include Michigan, Illinois (no downtown Chicago), Indiana, Ohio, and Wisconsin

• Drop & hook freight with minimal driver interaction

• Occasional backhauls required

Equipment:

• Assigned sleeper trucks

• 45', 48', and 53' dry van trailers

• Trucks remain at terminal during home time

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL

• Minimum 3 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience

• Must obtain Hazmat endorsement within 90 days (cost reimbursed)

• Must be comfortable with:

  • Regional runs

  • Being out 2–3 nights per week

  • Flexible schedules
