CDL-A Driver | West Memphis, AR | Home Weekly | Avg $1,380/Week (Top $1,700)

We are hiring CDL-A drivers for a dedicated retail account running out of West Memphis, AR serving the Fort Smith area. This position offers consistent freight, weekly home time, and strong earning potential.

Position Details:

• Location: Fort Smith, AR / West Memphis, AR

• Job Type: Regional – Dedicated Account

• Home Time: Weekly (34-hour reset)

• Hiring Area: Within 100 miles of West Memphis, AR

Pay & Compensation:

• Average: $1,380 per week ($71,760/year)

• Top 10%: $1,700 per week ($88,400/year)

• CPM based on experience:

  • 0–1 year: $0.505 CPM

  • Top range: up to $0.605 CPM

• $150 per load (avg. 3 loads/week)

• Mileage pay + stop pay

• Mentor pay: $200/day (5 days)

Miles & Freight:

• Average: ~1,500 miles per week

• 3 loads per week

• 3 stops per load

• Dry freight

Delivery Area:

• Texas, Tennessee, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi

Job Duties:

• Deliver freight to retail store locations

• Hand unload trailers using rollers

• Pick up no-touch backhaul loads to distribution center

• Active, physical role

Equipment:

• Automatic sleeper trucks

• 53' dry van trailers

Orientation:

• Orientation held in Dallas, TX

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL

• Minimum 3 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience

• Must meet DOT and safety requirements

• Must be able to handle physical unloading
