Position Overview

Now hiring CDL-A drivers for an Eastern Regional OTR position based out of Gary, IN. This role keeps drivers primarily east of the Mississippi River, offering consistent freight, steady miles, and predictable routes.

Pay & Compensation

• Average Earnings: $1,100 per week
• Performance bonus available
• Weekly mileage: approximately 1,700 miles
• Stop pay: $15 per stop
• Pay increases with experience:
  • Starting around $0.55 CPM
  • Top pay up to $0.65 CPM based on tenure

Route & Freight Details

• OTR routes primarily east of the Mississippi River
• Limited West Coast travel
• Dry van freight
• Freight types include:
  • Drop and hook
  • Live load / unload
  • Preloaded trailers

Home Time

• Home every two weeks
• Weekend home time included when possible

Schedule

• Both day and night shifts available
• Weekend work required
• Holiday work as needed

Equipment

• Dry van trailers

Requirements

• CDL-A required
• Trainees and experienced drivers accepted
• No endorsements required
• Must live within 180 miles of 46406
