Role Overview

A Northeast regional fleet is hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for a regional position offering consistent freight, predictable routes, and extended weekly home time. Drivers on this account are home every Monday and Tuesday for a full 48-hour reset while running freight throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic region.

This position is ideal for drivers looking for strong CPM pay, regular home time, and the ability to take equipment home.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer throughout the Northeast region
• Run regional freight lanes across multiple Northeast and Mid-Atlantic states
• Maintain DOT compliance and safe driving practices
• Manage equipment responsibly while taking truck and trailer home
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Communicate professionally with dispatch and operations teams

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting pay: $0.69 - $0.73 CPM
• Avg 2,200 - 2,500 miles per week
• Estimated weekly pay: $1,518 - $1,825/week
• Consistent regional miles

Home Time & Schedule

• Home every Monday and Tuesday (48-hour reset)
• Drivers are typically:
  • Home Sunday night and dispatched Tuesday night
    OR
  • Home Monday morning and dispatched Wednesday morning
• Consistent regional scheduling

Equipment & Parking

• Drivers take truck and trailer home
• Secure parking required at home location
• Parking fees are not reimbursed
• Drivers may not:
  • Leave loaded trailers at customer locations
  • Bobtail home while leaving trailer behind
• Empty trailers only when taking equipment home
