We are hiring CDL-A drivers for a dedicated regional account based out of Joliet, IL. This is a high-paying, consistent lane with steady freight and weekly home time, ideal for drivers who don't mind staying active.

Position Details:

• Location: Joliet, IL

• Job Type: Regional – Dedicated Account

• Home Time: Weekly (34-hour reset)

• Typical Reset: Saturday–Sunday or Sunday–Monday

• Schedule Options:

  • Monday–Friday

  • Tuesday–Saturday

Pay & Compensation:

• Average: $1,756 per week ($91,309/year)

• Top Earners: $1,949 per week ($101,326/year)

• $340 per load (avg. 3 loads/week)

• Backhaul pay: $25

• CPM based on experience:

  • Starting at $0.82 CPM

  • Up to $0.88 CPM

• Unload pay included

• Mentor pay: $150/day

Miles & Freight:

• 3 turns per week

• 3–5 stops per load

• Dry freight

Delivery Area:

• Illinois

• Wisconsin

• Iowa

• Minnesota

• Michigan

• Indiana

• Northern Kentucky

Job Duties:

• Deliver freight to retail store locations

• Hand unload trailers using rollers

• No pallet jacks or lumpers

• Multi-stop routes

• Active, physical role

Equipment:

• Automatic sleeper trucks

• 53' dry van trailers

• Trucks can be taken home (must have secure parking)

Hiring Area:

• Must live within 75 miles of Joliet, IL

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL

• Minimum 6 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience

• Must meet DOT and safety requirements

• Must be able to handle physical unloading
