Position Overview
We are hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians (Tech II) for multiple shift options in St. Paul and Minneapolis, MN. This is a high-paying opportunity with strong bonuses, shift differentials, and long-term growth in a clean, well-equipped shop.
Pay & Bonuses
- $28.53 – $39.93 per hour (avg based on experience)

$7,500 Sign-On Bonus:
- $500 at hire
- $1,000 at 30 days
- $1,500 at 120 days
- $2,000 at 6 months
- $2,500 at 1 year
Additional Pay
- 2nd Shift: +$5.00/hour
- Mid Shift: +$2.50/hour
- Weekend Shift: +50% base pay
- Mobile Tech: +$5.00/hour

St. Paul, MN – Tech II

3:30 PM – 12:00 AM (8-hour shift)
+$5/hour differential -
1st Shift (Wed–Sat)
5:30 AM – 4:00 PM (10-hour shift)
Saturday = +50% pay
Minneapolis, MN – Tech II

1st Shift (Sun–Wed)
7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (10-hour shift)
Sunday = +50% pay
What You'll Be Doing
- Perform preventative maintenance and advanced repairs on tractors and trailers

Diagnose and repair:
- Powertrain & driveline
- Suspension, steering, braking systems
- Electrical systems (ABS, collision mitigation)
- HVAC & cooling systems
- Aftertreatment & exhaust
- Liftgates, reefers, APUs, roll-up doors
- Use tools, hoists, and diagnostic equipment
- Read schematics, manuals, and technical drawings
- Order parts and assist with inventory
- Maintain a clean and safe shop
- Train junior technicians
- Document work and warranty recommendations
What You'll Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Tractor/trailer maintenance experience
- Ability to perform advanced repairs independently
- Strong mechanical skills and safety mindset
Preferred
- Associate's degree in Heavy Duty Truck Technology (or related)
- 2+ years of tractor maintenance experience
