Position Overview

Now hiring CDL-A drivers for a local dedicated account based out of Bethlehem, PA. This position offers home daily routes, consistent freight, and strong weekly earning potential with additional pay incentives.

Pay & Compensation

• Average Earnings: $1,540–$2,020 per week
• Annual average: $80,000–$105,000
• Pay rate: $0.60–$0.66 CPM
• Average miles: ~1,500–1,700 per week

Additional Pay:

• Daily pay: $60/day (attendance-based)
• 6th day bonus: $75
• Stop pay: $20.50–$22.50 per stop
• Detention & misc pay: $18/hr
• Safety training: $20/hr
• Holiday pay: $200/day

Route & Freight Details

• Local routes within a 250-mile radius of Bethlehem, PA
• Deliveries throughout:
  • Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Long Island, and NYC boroughs (no Manhattan)
• Freight type:
  • Grocery deliveries
  • No-touch freight not applicable (driver assist required)
  • Pallet jack unloading
  • Multi-stop deliveries
• Typical workload:
  • 2 loads per day
  • 2–3 stops per load
  • NYC deliveries 3–4 times per week

Home Time

• Home daily

Available Schedules

• Sunday – Thursday
• Tuesday – Saturday

Shift Details:

• Start time: 10:00 AM
• 12–14 hour shifts
• Weekend work required

Requirements

• CDL-A required
• Minimum 6 months experience
• Must be comfortable with NYC driving
• Driver assist required (pallet jack unloading)
• Reliable transportation required
