Position Overview
Now hiring CDL-A drivers for a local dedicated account based out of Bethlehem, PA. This position offers home daily routes, consistent freight, and strong weekly earning potential with additional pay incentives.
Pay & Compensation
- Average Earnings: $1,540–$2,020 per week
- Annual average: $80,000–$105,000
- Pay rate: $0.60–$0.66 CPM
- Average miles: ~1,500–1,700 per week
Additional Pay:
- Daily pay: $60/day (attendance-based)
- 6th day bonus: $75
- Stop pay: $20.50–$22.50 per stop
- Detention & misc pay: $18/hr
- Safety training: $20/hr
- Holiday pay: $200/day
Route & Freight Details
- Local routes within a 250-mile radius of Bethlehem, PA

Deliveries throughout:
- Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Long Island, and NYC boroughs (no Manhattan)

- Grocery deliveries
- No-touch freight not applicable (driver assist required)
- Pallet jack unloading
- Multi-stop deliveries

Typical workload:
- 2 loads per day
- 2–3 stops per load
- NYC deliveries 3–4 times per week
Home Time
- Home daily
Available Schedules
- Sunday – Thursday
- Tuesday – Saturday
Shift Details:
- Start time: 10:00 AM
- 12–14 hour shifts
- Weekend work required
Equipment
- Automatic day cabs
- 48' and 53' dry van and reefer trailers
- Slip seating
- No take-home trucks
Requirements
- CDL-A required
- Minimum 6 months experience
- Must be comfortable with NYC driving
- Driver assist required (pallet jack unloading)
- Reliable transportation required
