Role Overview

A Midwest regional fleet is hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for a regional position offering consistent freight, strong CPM pay, and full weekend home time. Drivers are typically home every weekend for a full 48-hour reset while running freight throughout the Midwest.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer throughout the Midwest region
• Run regional freight lanes across IL, IN, MI, OH, KY, TN, WI, IA, and MO
• Maintain DOT compliance and safe driving practices
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Communicate professionally with dispatch and operations teams
• Manage assigned truck and trailer responsibly
• Ensure equipment is parked safely during home time
• HIRING AREA: IL, IN, MI, OH, KY, TN, WI, IA, MO

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license required
• Regional driving experience preferred
• Must be comfortable running Midwest freight lanes
• Must have safe and secure parking for truck and trailer
• Strong safety mindset and reliable attendance
• Ability to follow dispatch schedules and home-time requirements

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting pay: $0.67-$0.71 CPM
• Estimated weekly pay: $1,474-$1,775/week
• Estimated at approximately 2,200-2,500 miles per week
• Consistent regional miles

Home Time & Schedule

• Home every weekend for 2 full days
• 48-hour reset
• Typically home Friday night and back out Sunday night
• Or home Saturday morning and back out Monday morning

Equipment & Parking

• Drivers take truck and trailer home
• Secure parking required
• Parking fees are not reimbursed
• Drivers do not take loaded freight home
• Empty trailer only when parked at home
• Some drivers may be allowed to leave trailer at a customer and bobtail home
