Position Overview

Pay & Compensation

• Avg $1,000–$1,400 per week
• Mileage-based pay (GLR pay scale)
• Weekly miles: 2,000 – 2,500 miles
• $25 stop pay
• $25 short haul pay (under 100 miles)
• Driver performance bonus available

Consistent freight = consistent avg weekly income

• Regional routes across the Great Lakes / Midwest region
• Freight types:
  • Drop & hook (majority)
  • Live load
  • Live unload
  • Preloaded freight
• Load assist may be required on some deliveries
• Consistent freight and steady miles
• Same planner within the region for consistency
• 24/7 dispatch support

• Midwest and Great Lakes lanes
• Structured regional routes with consistent freight flow
• Covers central U.S. markets

Work Environment

• Midwest weather conditions
• Regional routes with predictable lanes
• Occasional physical work (load assist)

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license with 6 months verifiable tractor trailer experience minimum
• Must be comfortable with regional travel
• Must be flexible with schedule
