Now hiring CDL-A drivers for a Midwest regional dry van position based out of Gary, IN. This position offers consistent miles, strong weekly averages, and the ability to stay closer to home compared to traditional OTR roles.

Pay & Compensation

• Average Earnings: $1,200–$1,500 per week
• Performance bonus available
• Pay increases based on experience:
  • 0–3 months: $0.56 CPM
  • 6 months: $0.59 CPM
  • 12 months: $0.60 CPM
  • Top pay up to $0.64 CPM
• Weekly mileage: approximately 1,600–2,000 miles
• Stop pay: $15 per stop

Route & Freight Details

• Regional runs through:
  • Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, and Kentucky
• Primary running lanes include Chicago and Indianapolis
• Drivers typically stay within a 500-mile radius of home
• Freight types:
  • Drop and hook
  • Live load / live unload
  • Preloaded trailers

Home Time

• Home weekly (weekends)

Schedule

• Both day and night shifts available
• Weekend work required
• Holiday work as needed

Equipment

• Dry van trailers

Requirements

• CDL-A required
• Trainees and experienced drivers accepted
• No endorsements required
• Must live within 100 miles of 46406
