CDL-A Truck Driver | Regional | Plainfield IL Home Weekly | $1,400–$1,500/Week

Location: Plainfield, IN (Indianapolis & Gary hiring areas)

We are hiring CDL-A drivers for a dedicated regional account based out of the Indianapolis area. This position offers consistent freight, weekly home time, and strong average earnings.

Position Details

• Position Type: Regional Dedicated

• Hiring Area: Must live within 75 miles of Indianapolis, IN

• Operating Area: IA, IL, IN, MO, WI, KY, OH, TN, MI, OK

• Freight Type: Dry freight

• Equipment: Standard tractor-trailer

• Freight Mix: Drop and hook and live deliveries

• Touch Freight: No-touch freight

Pay and Compensation

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,400 to $1,500

• Weekly Mileage: Approximately 2,000 miles

• Pay Type: Mileage-based

• Bonus: No bonus offered

• Short Haul Pay: None

• Stop Pay: None

• Unload Pay: None

Home Time and Schedule

• Home Time: Weekly with 34-hour reset

• Typical Schedule: Out Sunday, home Friday

• Shift: Day and night shifts available

• Weekend Work: Required

• Holiday Work: Off Thanksgiving and Christmas; runs on most other holidays

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver freight to multiple states across the Midwest and surrounding regions

• Handle a mix of drop and hook and live delivery freight

• Deliver to retail locations including malls

• Perform safe backing and maneuvering in tight areas

• Follow scheduled routes and maintain communication with dispatch

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old

• Minimum 6 months of CDL-A tractor trailer experience required

• Valid Class A CDL

• No endorsements required

• Must be able to handle night driving and multi-stop routes

• Must be comfortable with backing into tight delivery locations
