We are hiring CDL-A drivers for a high-paying dedicated account based out of Ridgefield, WA (Portland area). This is a physically active role with top-tier weekly earnings and consistent freight.

Position Details:

• Location: Ridgefield, WA (near Portland, OR)

• Job Type: Regional – Dedicated Account

• Home Time: Weekly (34-hour reset)

• Schedule: Varies (day & night shifts available)

• Drivers run full clock and reset after 40 hours

Pay & Compensation:

• Average: $2,102 per week ($109,320/year)

• Top Earners: $2,570 per week ($133,639/year)

• Hourly Pay:

  • $29–$30.50/hour (0–48 months experience)

  • $31.00/hour (49+ months experience)

• Safe & On-Time Bonus available

Miles & Freight:

• 2–4 loads per week

• 3–4 stops per load

• Dry freight

Delivery Area:

• Washington

• Oregon

• Idaho

• Western Montana

Job Duties:

• Deliver freight to retail store locations

• Hand unload trailers using rollers

• Multi-stop routes

• Active, physical role

Equipment:

• Automatic trucks

• Must have safe, approved parking if outside 50 miles

Hiring Area:

• Within 75 miles of Portland, OR

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL

• Minimum 6 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience

• Must meet DOT and safety requirements

• Must be able to handle physical unloading
