Position Overview

Now hiring CDL-A drivers for a regional dedicated position based in Hot Springs, AR. This role offers consistent freight, steady miles, and flexible scheduling options, allowing drivers to choose routes that fit their lifestyle.

Drivers will haul preloaded freight across multiple states with no-touch freight and reliable weekly home time.

Route & Freight Details

• Regional runs across most of the U.S. (excluding the Northwest)
• Common lanes include:
  • AR, TX, OK, TN, GA, FL, IL, OH, PA, VA and more
• Average:
  • ~2,100 miles per week
  • 2–4 stops per week
• Freight includes:
  • Bottled water and glass products
• 100% no-touch freight
• Mostly:
  • Live load at origin
  • Drop at destination
• Occasional backhaul loads (~5%)

Schedule & Shift Options

This position offers multiple schedule and reset options:

Schedule Options

• Sunday – Thursday (OFF Friday & Saturday)
• Tuesday – Saturday (OFF Sunday & Monday)

Weekly Reset Options

• Friday – Saturday
• Saturday – Sunday
• Sunday – Monday

Start Time Window

• 3:00 AM – 9:00 AM

Home weekly on all schedules (34-hour reset)
Typical shift: 12–14 hours

Pay & Compensation

• Avg Weekly Pay: $1,300–$1,500
• Avg Annual Pay: $68,000 – $78,000

Mileage Pay:

• $0.48 – $0.51 CPM

Additional Pay:

• $20 stop pay (avg 2–4 stops/week)
• Training Pay: $200/day for 3 days

Equipment & Work Setup

• Automatic sleeper trucks (Freightliner & International)
• 53' dry van trailers
• Possibility to take truck home (depending on location)
• Passengers and pets allowed (with approval)

Work Environment

• Mostly no-touch freight = low physical demand
• Consistent, repeatable freight lanes
• Rare cross-assignment to other freight if needed

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license
• Minimum 3 months of tractor-trailer experience required
• No endorsements required
• Must be able to:
  • Work early morning start times
  • Run full weekly schedule
