Position Overview
Now hiring CDL-A drivers for a local dedicated grocery account based out of New Caney, TX. This is a high-frequency, steady lane with multiple daily routes, consistent freight, and daily home time.
Drivers will run local routes with predictable schedules and reliable weekly earnings.
Route & Freight Details
- Local deliveries in Texas and Louisiana
- Dedicated grocery account
- No-touch freight (store unload)
- 1–3 routes per day
- 1–3 stops per route
- Average of ~1,600 miles per week
- High-volume, consistent freight
Schedule
- Home daily
- 6 days on / 34-hour reset
- Start time: 11:00 PM
- Night driving required
- Weekends and holidays required
Pay & Compensation
- Avg Weekly Pay: $1,300–$1,400
- Avg Annual Pay: Up to $70,000
Pay Structure:
- Lane pay: $40–$80 (0–225 miles) + CPM after

CPM based on experience:
- 0–6 months: $0.44
- 6–12 months: $0.45
- 1–2 years: $0.46
- 2–3 years: $0.47
- 3–5 years: $0.48
- 5–7 years: $0.49
- 7–10 years: $0.50
- 10+ years: $0.51
Additional Pay:
- Stop Pay: $20 per stop
Equipment & Work Setup
- Slip seat operation
- Mix of day cabs and sleepers
- Fast-paced, multi-route environment
Training
- 1-day classroom: $50
- 2–3 day ride along: $100/day
Benefits
- 1 week vacation after 1 year
- 2 weeks after 3 years
- 3 weeks after 7 years
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license
- Minimum 3 months of tractor-trailer experience required
- Must live within 60 miles of New Caney, TX
- Must have reliable transportation to the distribution center
- Must be able to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays
