Position Overview

Now hiring CDL-A drivers for a nationwide OTR refrigerated (reefer) position based out of the Decatur, GA area. This opportunity is open to both trainees and experienced drivers looking for consistent miles, strong weekly averages, and nationwide freight.

Pay & Compensation

• Average Earnings: $1,300–$1,400 per week
• Performance bonus available
• Consistent freight with strong mileage potential
• Weekly mileage:
  • Solo drivers: 1,600–2,100 miles per week
  • Teams/Mentor drivers: 3,000–4,000 miles per week

Route & Freight Details

• OTR reefer freight across multiple regions:
  • Central, East, North Central, and South Central U.S.
• Hiring in multiple states including GA, AL, FL, IL, IN, KY, MD, MS, NC, OH, PA, SC, TN, VA
• Refrigerated freight (temperature-controlled loads)
• Consistent, high-volume freight network
• Short haul pay same as OTR

Home Time

• Home every two weeks

Schedule

• Both day and night shifts available
• Weekend work required
• Holiday work required

Equipment

• Reefer trailers (temperature-controlled freight)

Requirements

• CDL-A required
• Trainees and experienced drivers accepted
• No endorsements required
